spring is a beautiful time of the year, starts with longer day and budding of trees, bushes flowers which makes surrounding beautiful and positive.

But along with spring allergies such as hay fever, Flu, Lyme Disease, Allergic conjunctivitis, insect allergies, Gastro any many more......

Eating sensibly is a key, while enjoying your desires. 

Start your day with a glass of warm water with one tsp of Cert Org Apple cider vinegar with pinch of turmeric and pepper. Make sure to add one raw NZ or American freshly crushed Garlic Clove in your any one meal. Add Parsley and Mint in your different recipes which are wonderful spring herbs which are great for detoxification and digestion respectively.

(Tip - Add crushed Garlic in 1 tsp of Olive Oil/flexeed Oil/coconut oil/avocado oil ect...and mix in soup, rice, pasta, stir fry, noodles, on toast, in salad while eating.)

keeping you well hydrated with plenty of pure water, liquids is a key for wellbeing. I know many people and children dislike to drink water.

( Tip - infuser bottle is great idea to encourage drinking pure water with adding taste without suger. such as adding herbs (parsley, rosemery, mint, sweet basil ect), lemon/ lime pieces, different fruit pieces such as berries, apple, pear, apricot, nacterin ect. Keep it over night in the fridge or cool clean place for next day.

Make sure to take suitable high quality probiotic supplement as well as eat high quality unsweetened yogurt/furmented food(if you suffer from any serious fungal issues please confirm with your health practitioner).

SPRING RECIPE:

Protein Crape wrapped with Greens:

one cup quinoa flour

quarter cup samolina

quarter cup rice flour( brown or par boil or any)

unsweetened high protin yougurt - 2 tbsp ( Anchor)

celtic sea salt with kelp( Harker Herbal - NZ) - 1/2 to one tsp as per taste

Persley or/ and Corriander - finely chopped - one tbsp

Turmeric - half to one tsp

Ginger - finelt chopped or finelt grated - 1tsp

Cert Org Coconot oil ( Good Health)/ Olive Oil/ sunflower Oil -  2 tsp

Cumin seed powder - 1/2 tsp

Green chillies or red chilli flacks or kashmiri chilli powder or paprika - 1tsp (optional)

Ajwain - 1/2 tsp(optional)

High Mineral Jaggery Powder - 1tsp ( Optional)

Mix all above ingredients. Add water for making dough runny suitable for crape. 9 dough can refregerate and last for 3 days)

 Heat pan or crape maker( Breville or any other company). Pour dough and make a crape. 

Once its ready either wrapped it with lettuce, baby spinach, feta cheese, finely chopped steamed beet root, grated carrot, avocado, roasted pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds ect for lunch.

Or  eat with side serve of yogurt bowl, mint chatney, Tomato catch up gor breakfast.

Chatney: 

mint leaves finely chopped and  washed - 1 bowl

Green Chillies - 1- 10 finely chopped

Raw sugar - 1tsp

Rosted peanuts - 1tbsp

Celtic Sea Salt ( Harker Herbal) - 1/2 tsp

Cumin seeds - 1tsp

Corriander Powder - 1tsp

Grated Coconut - 2tsp ( optional)

Lemon/lime juice - 1tsp

Combine all ingredients except lemon juice in Chatney griender with 3 tbsp of water and ground it for few minutes. Then add lemon/ lime juice and mix with spoon. Keep it in bowl or small glass jar and refregerate. 9consume within 3-5 days
